About Dublin Design Week
SHOWCASING DUBLIN’S VIBRANT ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN COMMUNITY.
Design Week Dublin (DWD), in partnership with Range Rover, takes place September 16-20 2026, and encompasses an exciting programme of events showcasing Dublin’s vibrant architecture and design community.
Founded by Jane and Sarah McDonnell, co-founders of THE GLOSS Magazine and THE GLOSS Interiors, DWD is a unifying gathering where designers, architects, fashion designers and chefs bring creativity to life in the city and a design-curious audience enjoys the engaging programme of events.
The work of exceptional Irish architects, interior designers, fashion designers and creators on the national and international stage is explored, along with the inspiring work of international guest speakers. There are talks by leading design champions, spaces to explore, design and fashion conversations and panel discussions, as well as plenty of opportunities to network with the design community over coffee or cocktails.
Some of the exciting participants include award-winning architects O’Donnell + Tuomey and Niall McLaughlin, interior designers Róisín Lafferty, Brian Woulfe, Susan McGowan, Sara Cosgrove and Geri O’Toole, garden designer Diarmuid Gavin and fashion designers, including Maria Grachvogel. More participants will be announced shortly. Event booking opens July 31.
DWD will take place at the anchor location of Anantara The Marker Dublin and The Malt House, both in Dublin’s Grand Canal area, as well as in exciting satellite spaces, showrooms and studios throughout the capital.

A FIRST FOR DUBLIN
Every international Design Week reflects the DNA of the city. DUBLIN DESIGN WEEK WILL DO THE SAME.
We love Dublin’s pioneering spirit, its gregarious energy and its beauty, and we are inspired by its past and excited for its future.
To celebrate the visionary creatives, designers and architects who continue to propel the city forward, Design Week Dublin (DWD), in partnership with Range Rover, will take place from Wednesday September 17 – Sunday September 20 2026. The programme will be announced in June.
The main hub for the event is Dublin’s impressive docklands, with the anchor venue Anantara The Marker Dublin. This area is home to people from all over Ireland and the world.
Architecture
Award winning architects and drivers of exciting change meeting the needs and expectations of the city’s inhabitants, encourage us to look at the city with new eyes.
Interior Design
Notable interior designers and tastemakers, working on the national and international stage, share their insights into creating beautiful spaces in which to live.
Furniture Design
Designers and makers communicate their vision for living with good design and explain how their design process creates new possibilities in material and form.
Fashion Design
First-hand testimony from Dublin-based fashion designers, their career path and challenges, the designing and producing, themes and inspiration behind their work.
