BRIAN WOULFE

McClean Design

Brian Woulfe is an Irish-born, London-based interior designer and founder of Designed by Woulfe, the award-winning studio he established in 2009. Brian brings a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and attention to detail to his work.

Under his leadership, the studio has delivered over 100 projects across five continents, creating luxuriously liveable interiors, tailored to each client’s lifestyle and design aspirations. Recent awards include House & Garden 101, Country & Town House Top 50 and Spear’s 500. 

Brian took an unconventional path to design, initially training and working as a concert pianist. He frequently notes that musical composition and interior design share a core vocabulary of colour, rhythm, symmetry, and storytelling.
