WINE+ DESIGN DINNER AT FORBES STREET BY GARETH MULLINS AT ANANTARA THE MARKER DUBLIN

Champagne and canapés (in the fabulous Rooftop Bar) at 6.30pm will be followed at 8pm by a five-course dinner with wines. Gareth Mullins, Executive Chef at The Marker Dublin, and Wine Editor of THE GLOSS, Julie Dupouy, will collaborate to design a wine-paired seasonal menu to highlight the wines from the distinguished Findlaters portfolio.

    Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara, founders of award-winning Grafton Architects, are Adjunct Professors of Architecture at UCD, Fellows of the RIAI, International Honorary Fellows of the RIBA, members of Aosdána and Pritzker Prize Laureates.

  • WINE & DESIGN Dinner

    As part of the Design Week Dublin programme, a unique gastronomic evening at Forbes Street at The Marker on Wednesday May 21 will feature a perfectly matched seasonal menu of food and wine highlighting six special wines.
